Using Adobe Illustrator
A Vector Drawing Program for Mac and PC
Instructions:

• Save files in versions up to and Including Illustrator CS3 (Do not save as EPS file)
• Do not EMBED any placed images (include linked files on disk)
• Indicate colors as 4-color process (CMYK) or PMS spot color (list PMS number)
• Convert text by Create Outline or include all fonts on disk

Using Adobe Photoshop
A Photo Image Editing Program for MAC and PC
Instructions:

• Save files as TIFF or JPEG (No PIC or PCX file)
• Indicate colors as 4-color process (CMYK) or PMS spot color (list PMS number)
• For black and white images, use Greyscale or Bitmap mode
• Include font names if used

Using E-mail
Instruction:

• Compress files using WinZip for PC or Stuffit for MAC - send photos as JPEG.
