[1/2]	Answer to your question Please be sure to use the Outline feature in illustrator before sending us the artwork. To create Outlines in Illustrator: Select the Type, go to the Type menu and scoll down to "CREATE OUTLINES". Once you have created Outlines, the fonts are no longer live and you will not need to include any fonts when sending us artwork.
